Companions are attacking each other in camp

I'm in Act 2, exploring the gauntlet of Shar, and for some reason when I go to camp my companions start attacking each other. I don't know why. Sometimes it seems like its only one person who is aggressive, but others its almost random who's aggressive. I tried looking up the issue on forums, but I haven't found anyone else with this issue, aside from player characters getting attacked by companions.
Curious if this is a bug, or a byproduct of a system I failed to notice. Anyone else running into this problem?
