Boots of story clamour, cinder shoes and statue of sylvanus bugged

Applying conditions like Frighten and Hypnotise Pattern dont work for boots. No reverb. Cinder shoes.. I tried Karlach smite that deals fire damage every turn maybe because this isnt considered burn? Statue of sylvanus stops working after like the first camp...
