Shadowheart bug - Hair color change (Not a bug?)

Soooo.... Yeah, all of the sudden Shadowheart hair color changed from black to ashen white.
I mean it looks cool but it's still a bug;P

Turns out it might not be a bug. But then, the bug is her not mentioning a change at all untill very late in the game she casually mentiones "do you like the change?"

Overall there are several bugs when it comes to companions questlines and how often they pop up

the hair change is not a bug and happens if you convince Shadowheart to save the Nightsong, something of a visual indication that she's turned against Shar and is now getting her cleric powers from Selune instead, though as far as I am she has not personally stated if she now worships her

Looks like a bug. If you level her up her portrait changes to the new haircut, but still black, while her character model has white hair.

Hmm ... yeah the portrait has new hairstyle but black color. It might be a bug.

When she ask about her new look, it's just about the hairstyle. The white/purple hair on the portrait and the white hair on the model is a bug. Gayle is affected on his portrait too... Quite disturbing

If you talk to Karlach after she changes he hair in camp, she has something to say about Shadowheart's change of style.

I don't know if it's just a coincidence (probably not), but everyone I saw helping Nightsong got the white haired Shadowheart, while those who killed her got the black haired Shadowheart (in both cases she changed her hairstyle , but only on the route where you help Nightsong she got white hair).

Also, Karlash talks about Shadowheart's hair style at the camp, you can also talk with Shadowheart as soon as the change happened and she will ask if you liked the change (you might have to talk to her 2 or 3 times)

I don't know how it's possible but I save Nightsong and Shadowheart has always black hair and I'm in the middle of Act 3. I don't know how it's possible

def not a bug its part of the game. when you notice the change and talk to her she will have a dialog about it.

This is weird that her hair color changed but she looks like she didn't notice it. And I can't find a possibility to ask her about it. Seems like a kinda bug

My run must be super bugged?? I saved nightsong and shadowhearts hair stayed black and she never asked if we liked the change???

She changes her hair after a rest after all last fights in act2.

But then, the bug is her not mentioning a change at all untill very late in the game she casually mentiones "do you like the change?"

All other party members reacted about this right after the rest. I got first dialog with Karlach mentioning this, then I walked to Shadowheart and got that line you mentioned.

Her cutting her hair is not a bug. It turning white is a bug. It should still be black.

I saves the nightsong, but shadowhearts hair never turned white for me. The portrait is purpleish/light though.

The hair color is not a bug. Those of you who witnessed it white equipped her with the Nightsong spear. Those that didn't saw it remain black. I just removed her spear and it changed back to black. I was looking if that was a bug or if it does that because the power of selune is still new with her and her color change won't be permanent until some time later.
