Report a translation problem
The fact that lucky does not work with concentration saves makes no sense - and if it didn't, it should've been specified on the feat itself. A concentration check is a Constitution saving throw, and thus should be affected by Lucky.
I'm pretty sure Lucky is currently bugged. I've had the exact same run of issues.
I save at least one for combat in order to cancel enemies' critical hits. And every time the enemy (if working as intended, rolling with disadvantage) has still made a crit.
Given that the only other thing to use it on is skill checks, I'm going to say its pretty pointless to use until it is patched.
