Game downloads Cloud saves but can only see local saves

Not sure if anyone else is running into this, but I'm losing my mind trying to fix it.

When I save my game on my PC it goes to "\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\PlayerProfiles\Public\Savegames\Story". However, saves from my Deck are being synced through Steam Cloud to "\Steam\userdata\16580034\1086940\remote\_SAVE_Public\Savegames\Story".

The game is only able to save & load from the local directory location, even though Cloud Sync is enabled and functional. If I boot it up on Deck and make a new save, I can see the file show up on the cloud directory but it's like the game doesn't even know to look there.

Any thoughts? I've toggled Cloud Sync, completely uninstalled, deleted every related file I can find, and combed through the registry deleting every key I can find referencing BG3 with no luck. I'm about to reinstall Windows lol. I appreciate any leads!
