"Missing" Combat UI

Context: Hosting a co-op game with one other player.

Twice now, when the turn has changed and become Lae'zel's, coinciding with a bit of mid-combat dialogue from an NPC(or a "bark," I suppose, since it doesn't open the dialogue interface), the entire combat UI has just "disappeared." The initiative tracker, the hot bar, all of it. The turn cannot even be ended, not even with the end turn hotkey.

Easily solved by saving and then reloading, but still a bit of an annoyance.
