Lae'zel has completely disappeared

Tried to recruit Lae'zel into party but her portrait never appeared on the party menu, I tried reloading after but she still couldn't join and I just recruited someone else with no issue, after a while I noticed she was no longer in the camp at all.

I'm not sure when the issue started happening but the weird part was during the cutscene where she threatens to kill you due to the parasite starting to act up, I let her do it only for her to run over to Shadowheart and nothing happen after, I just revived myself and moved on, she fully disappeared after the cut scene where Shadowheart Lae'zel fight over the Artififact with it resolving peacefully but I haven't seen her in camp since.

Having the same issue. Seems like letting Lae kill you brakes her interactions. Maybe that should've trigger her to leave the party? She has no tent in the camp after the cutscene, so she souldn't be there at all.
I even managed to persuade her consume the tadpole with 2 crit successes in a row, but I can't take into the party.

Seems to be, need to see if continuing her quest line will fix it or not because her companion quest is still there.

Just an update on this, I decided to make a quick detour to check the mountains and found Lae'zel who is acting as if I kicked her out of the group, I suppose she just walked out of the camp without saying anything, she's willing to come back though.

Thanks for the update! Where did you find Lae? I'll try to rerecruit her.
It's becoming even more apparent that she was meant to leave you after the kill. Pity that the only quest I have left in first area is her companion quest...

At Treilta Crags, still having the issue where she won't join the party though.

same issue here, impossible to recruit her again even if she ask meto leave a free space in my group.

I got a reply from Larian 2 days ago:
"This is a known issue, and the development team is currently working on it. It will be fixed in an upcoming hotfix or patch. We hope you are enjoying playing the game!"

Well, it's not in the hotfix#4, so we're waiting for a proper patch.
