Critical bug: the gates don't open

I'm trying to get into Lathander's tomb but the gates are not opening, despite UI saying it is open (right click allows to close them but visually they don't open)

Let's call it the Daybrake Gate bug.
I found a workaround, if you look at the gates from behind, you can use the stairwell if you click on the door itself.
