Waukeen's rest bugged?

I have problems finishing up waukeens rest. Firstly, interaction with flaming fist member mourning over corpse is not triggering properly, then the doors that other guys are trying to breach are invisible. Everyone inside is dead.

Is that because i got here *after* i triggered chapter 2 by moving to shadowlands?

Will this break my playthrough? It seems to affect Wyll's storyline a lot.
