Stuck on "Waiting for other players"
Trying to play multiplayer with a friend, but when we attempt the enter the helm in the Nautiloid, the host isn't getting a ready prompt. The other player clicked ready and gets "Waiting for other players" for 30 seconds until it times out. We've tried reloading, giving party control of everyone to the host, etc, but nothing fixes it. Even tried having the other player log out. We are going to try starting over but it's getting frustrating. Anyone else have this issue and managed to fix it?

We are having this issue right now - were you able to figure it out?

Ended up having the host restart and play through until that part solo, and then joined after they got through the door. Currently just hoping it doesn't happen again.

In case anyone else runs into this, the only solution we found for this problem was to ensure every player had created and logged into a Larian account, even though a Larian account is not otherwise required to play the game.

It happened in the exact same place too - the entrance to the helm in the mind-flayer ship. Restarting the game, changing the host, switching Steam in and out of offline modes, restarting PCs, etc. nothing else worked.

We were both logged in, and Online/Visible in Steam. The only thing that fixed it for us was, as I mentioned, having the host play solo until after that point.
