Potential Pandirna Softlock

In the Druid Camp when entering the Shack and talking to Pandirna the following situation occured:

I'm a Level 1 Paladin / Level 1 Sorcerer and got the Paladin Dialog Choice to heal her for money. So I took it. Problem is: none of the Paladin spells (at this point) actually heal the paralysis and my party didn't have Lesser Restoration either. In effect that means I can't leave the shack without her calling the guards because I broke my word. Had to reload an earlier save.

Makes sense from "her pov", but I'm not sure that's exactly intended to happen like this. Giving the dialog option did - admittedly - "route me" a bit into thinking I had to have a fitting spell. I nothing else that's perhaps a bit misleading?!
