Multiplayer camp chest missing

When you have a four player campaign going, when you get to the tollhouse near Karlach, and you enter the basement, if you go to your camp there are only 3 camp chests, and your fourth party member can't access their belongings.

They have to reenter the world, exit the building, and reenter camp there to access their belongings.

I'm assuming they just missed one of the chest spawns.
