Textures loading in cutscenes on HDD
Loading time of texures on HDD is VERY slow. Even though I've lowered graphics settings to minimal (average was recommended)

Did you turn on the HDD setting in the options. There is a setting in the options for people with HDD that will load more of the textures into ram for HDD users. I believe its in the video settings.
