Report a translation problem
Unfortunately, I still have this issue. Don't know how to turn HDR off, but if I turn my monitor off and back on, everything's fine. That messes with my second screen, so I usually select a different input on my monitor, then it'll switch back to my PC after a few seconds. That also fixes it.
It's not fatal, but it's very annoying.
To do that Right Click on a blank space on the desktop > Click Display Settings > Click on the monitor in question > Scroll down until you find "Use HDR" and then click the slider to off.
