Monk - Unarmed Strike Bug
I unlocked the feature to make an unarmed strike as a bonus action, but I can't add it to my hotbar. I was able to add it while in combat, but once I left combat, it removed itself and doesn't even show in the monk or common actions area. IRL, playing a monk you can choose between Furry of Blows and a single unarmed strike to conserve Ki points.

I've got a similar problem where it is simply gone. Can't see it in my spell list either.

I did some more investigation. It is added conditionally after I attack with my main weapon, then it disappears after a few seconds when just trying it on a party member. So I think it will only be available after an attack and therefore you can't see it after that or tweak its hot bar position.
Kind of strange behavior of you ask me. But most likely some weird technical or design reason. It would be preferable for it to always be there but disabled when you can't use it.

^^ This. It seems the "Skill" will show up in your skill book after you make an attack, and even if you place it on your bar, the skill is then removed after you make the attack or after your turn.

Very frustrating.

I've just come across this thread after googling if this is a bug. Just finished playing where I got to experience playing a high level monk (not my main character), and I was never able to do bonus action unarmed strikes. The character did his 2 attacks, then the only options for bonuses were the usual things e.g. jump, shove, etc, plus Flurry of Blows, so I had to spend the 1 ki point every time if I wanted an extra attack or to use my bonus action. But what I noticed as well is that *after* doing the Flurry of Blows and thus using up all my possible actions for the turn, the unarmed strike option would appear on the right-hand side, but unclickable because I have no actions left.
