[Audio] Razer headset problems

My headset completely freaks out when I start the game from the launcher. Something about this game causes it to disconnect and reconnect over and over and it's so bad that it is nauseating. :(

I've checked all of my drivers to make sure they're up to date, and they're fine. My headset goes back to normal when I exit the game. With B3 being the obvious culprit, I hope there is a solution soon. I'd love to be able to play and communicate with my friends in discord. Sadly, with this problem, it will be impossible.

Not going to refund(I'm patient enough to wait for a fix since it's launch and these thing happen), just bummed that I'm not able to play with everybody else. :(

did you find a fix for this, my headset is doing the exact same thing, reconnecting every second with a pop, very frustrating, i have the kraken kitty

i think i just found a fix, i believe its the chroma lighting causing this, i went into the 'lighting' section on my headset on synapse and disabled baldurs gate 3, seemed to fix it instantly

You need to switch off the "Enable this app" in the upper right part of the Connect tab in Synapse. I hope they will fix it in the near future.
