Flat Rock under bridge leading to northern parts of the map

Even with a hill giant str potion, which sets your str to 21, the "hidden" flat rock is considered too heavy to move. I don't know what the minimum str required it was in previous patches, but considering any str based class would have 16-18 str by the time you reach this area, it was lower than whatever it is now.

Some of the heavy objects are very finicky and can only be moved a very small amount at a time. Try inching it or instead right clicking it and throwing it rather than clicking and dragging. Careful of who is standing near where it lands though!

Tried both, couldn't do either.

I'm having the same issue. It worked before patch 9.
