UI Glitches

Since the Patch 7 update I can load the game just fine, but I have this weird glitch where some parts of my UI are really, really broken. My 'end turn' button and health/movement bars overlap with my hotbars. During character creation, certain selection boxes like which sub-race to make a half-elf or what makeup or facial hair I want to set on the dream person just disappear and require me to go back a screen before I return to find them back. (They disappear again any time I change what option they're on.) Most annoyingly, though, is that the little boxes that pop up on mouseover to tell me which spell is which are just empty. Some entities in the world (see: corpses) have their proper label, but my spells/abilities, anything I pick up, any container I could loot, nothing.

Is this just a me thing, did I break my game somehow already? I've flushed all the mods I had before and reinstalled BG3 entirely (TWICE) and nothing seems to have fixed it. :C

this is happening to me too; i did exactly the same as you but nothing's working :/ Might be on Larian for this one, I feel like they'll have to make a quick patch for it.

delete "Larian Studios" in C:\Users\[profile name]\AppData\Local this fix game for me. Game can shut down for first start.

Seconding this as a fix. I had this problem and deleting the folder resolved it.
Deleted my saves tho, so be wary.
