Raid On Grove, Cannot progress *SPOILERS*

I can only presume that I progressed in such an odd order that the game simply does not recognize the events that are transpiring.

I initially ventured to the Druid grove, prior to the goblin camp, and may have done a quest or few. After being tasked to stop the goblin invasion, I went to the goblin camp with Sazza and spoke to Minthara. I chose to aid her invasion. She left the goblin camp, and that was the last time I saw her. I proceeded to travel back the Druid grove where I believe a cutscene was meant to activate. However, I did not see one. Assuming I should just initiate the raid myself, I dealt with both the Druids and Tieflings, sans kids.

Still nothing. I've done some research to see how this raid should initiate. But I haven't seen anyone else with my circumstance. Is this whole scenario stuck as-is?

I got this glitch and I got the cutscene in front of the Grove to trigger by following Minthara to the entrance where she talks to the gathered goblins.

Then I left and fast traveled traveling to the Grove entrance and the cutscene plays.

My issue is that there is no Minthara or goblins gathered anywhere. As if there isn't a raid happening at all. I've tried returning to the goblin camp to see if that would trigger anything. But nothing has happened as of yet.

You have to talk to Zevlor after agreeing to help Minthara, which will then trigger a cutscene where you get to choose your side.

I've talked to him already. He only has one dialogue option, and its about Halsin.

Unfortunately, what I meant was is that you will have to reload a previous save, follow her to where she hypes up her goblin minions, and then proceed to the grove.

As you approach the gate to the Grove, a cutscene will trigger with Zevlor there. You can tell ahead of time if you'll get the scene if you can see his icon on the minimap there. THEN you'll have to talk to Zevlor and choose a side.

I tried the gobbo route a couple days ago and spent a bit trying to figure out how to trigger the raid because of this glitch.

So this seems to be the most recent post about this I could find but if anyone is having this issue I think I know what causes it, When you get minratha to raid the grove she gathers goblins to the front door of the keep to give a speech, If you don't leave the keep before she gives this speech for what ever reason they'll not spawn at the grove same with zevlor as long as you load a save before she leaves the keep after her speech you should be able to do the quest as intended if you leave before her and the goblins.
