Bug: Arka and Memnos vs Sazza (Goblin in cage, druid grove)

Early Access - v4.1.89.3171 [patch 3]

Arka will no longer kill Sazza. She will shoot her in the cutscene however Sazza will still be alive afterward.

My PC : Female Wood Elf, Ranger, Beastmaster
Party : Shadowheart, Gale, Lae'zel

Have tested walking in on the encounter with all partymembers and no change. Have tested different dialogue options aswell to no avail.
After talking to Gale about the encounter, he talks about how Arka got her revange and how grusesome an execution is, afterward Sazza will be dead.

It seems like the cutscene plays as if I don't save the goblin, however afterwords the game belives the PC did save her. I once got the dialogue from Sazza that thanked me for saving her when I didn't stop Arka from shooting. After then talking to Gale the game catches up and Sazza is killed as she should be.
