the void bulbs you collected from the nauteloid intro and ship etc will take the clones out very quickly, 2-3 at a time, as they die from 1 damage, and these also won't kill the woman unless you derp her into a mine (there are 2 or 3 mines in the arena).
So I did it, it was really easy but I came way overprepared. Brought, 2 martials, Fighter and Barb, a Cleric and a Bard. Everyone had Elixir of Poison resistance, I set up people around the arena, Bard approached her spawn with See invis and Invis. Then went turn mode and applied buffs and summons (a lot of these last only 10 turns so I used turn mode to make these as simulatneous as possible). Martials applies Triple jump spell/potion for 10 turns, oils, bard brought out scratch, cleirc had spiritual weapon and Spirit guardians (so you can just Dash and run past clones to kill them). Then Bard opened up with Faerie Fire on Hag.
She spawned first round of clones and I promptly killed them with Void Bulbs (huge aoe grenades that deal one damage) + some normal attacks. I had grenades and arrows that leave fields to make sure to hit clones 100% but it wasn't really needed. She never spawned more clones, I suspect that because second clone spawn ability turns her invisible, and she couldn't turn invisible due to Faerie Fire. So she was alone and all attackers had advantage on her due to Faerie Fire (people are sleeping on this spell). Easy.
Just don't piss her off when you confront her in the teahouse, pass a perception check on the fireplace and once you interact with it, you will start the fight. Arcane lock the stairs behind the fireplace and watch the fight become a joke.
