Fight wont end/Stuck in turn-based mode

Just found out how to fix combat not ending. It has to do with the character cards on the left side of the screen. Click and drag them to separate them with spaces between and send them to camp one by one. Then just have them leave camp after and all should be well. Worked for me at least. If it doesn't, just play around with the character cards on the left until something works out. Hope this helps someone out as I have found no fixes for this anywhere on the internet.

sometimes you need to switch to a diff character to trigger a cutscene that they're in but you (the PC) are not - there's be a little dialog box looking icon on their portraits

For the bug where characters in combat only show the cutscene interfsce and no hotbars, i simply save and reload.

Encountered the same bug. Quicksave + reload did the trick for me.
