How do you bind a weapon to an Eldritch Knight?

I only see discussions on Warlock, but Baneful says an Eldritch Knight can bind it. How do you do that?

Edit: In 5th Edition tabletop rules, Eldritch Knights have a Weapon Bond at 3rd level, similar to Pact of the Blade Warlocks. However that does not seem to have been implemented by Larian in BG3. In tabletop, the only thing Weapon Bond does for an EK is make it so they can never be disarmed of their bonded weapon and they can always summon it to their hand as a bonus action. I don't think too many enemies bother with disarming so this probably was deemed a feature not necessary to BG3.

There is a spell ability with that name. You click on it, then on your avatar, and you have your current mainhand weapon bound to you. It is shown as a violet dot in the picture of the weapon. Best used with spear->throw + tavern brawler feat + throwing-bonus gloves.
