Aunty (Spoilers!)

Well, the variations on the Hag "Auntie" Ethel endings are astounding. I needed two evenings to find out some of them. However, I am still in act I and don´t know the repercussions later, in Baldur´s Gate.

a1) You accept Ethel´s bribe and get a +1 ability token.
a2) You kill her.
b1) If Mayrina has been freed of teleported out of her cage, her dialogue kicks in immediately.
b2) If Mayrina is still in the cage, you have time to use "speak to the dead" on Ethel before talking to Mayrina. This is an important difference as you will see in a a moment.

c1) If you do not loot her before you talk, she will talk about escaping death anyways. I presume you would see her again later then.
c2) If you did loot her in advance, she will be just cursing you. So, presumably, here she really will stay dead in this case.

d1) If you were able to speak to the dead hag before the dialogue with Mayrina kicked in, only then you can tell her that the hag wanted to eat her baby.
d2) If you speak to the dead hag only after the dialogue with Mayrin, this option is of course missing. Unfortunately, you also do not get this option when you talk to Mayrina outside.

-> This is probably a bug? I was sorely missing this option.

e1) If you really killed Ethel (c2), the masked guardians in the cave before allow for a dialogue. The petrified dwarf is back to flesh. The victim in the mirror is presumably redeemed.
e2) If Ethel escapes or can escape death, the guards stay red and cannot be dialogued. The dwarf remains petrified, as well as the guy imprisoned in the mirror.

-> Unfortunately, I knocked the guards out to not have them join combat with Ethel. I don´t know how to wake them up.

Feel free to add information! I would be especially interested if I miss out further adventures with Ethel in Baldur´s Gate, so in terms of the meta game it would be actually good to spare her.

she isnt dead, she has glowing blue immortality mushrooms you need to smash in act 3 under the Mermaid Bar through an illusion wall.
I saved Mayrina in act 1, used Ethel's wand (on the ground near a shrine under the teahouse) to rez her husband outside the teahouse (hes a zombie) and gave Mayrina the wand, she went to baldurs gate to find a zombie cure.

Sneak past the guards and let anuty ethel call them... then don't kill them as you can speak to them and one is allegedly available for later quest. 'Kill' aunty ethel, the +1 meh.
