I killed Ethel in the teahouse. How do I save Mayrina?

So, I encountered the teahouse before reading any guides. My character have passed the check to see the true nature of the bog, so when I saw aunt Ethel in the house, I knew she was a bad guy. Instead of talking to her, I started combat from stealth, stunned her and killed her before she could do anything.

However, after this my quest seems to have bugged out. Mayrina is still sitting in front of her pie in the teahouse, and every time I talk to her I trigger the same conversation about how I shouldn't have had killed the hag. I went to the basement, talked with all the characters and even killed all the masked characters — they weren't hostile, but the only action I could do to them was attack, so I didn't want to miss on the loot. I went into the deepest chamber, got all the potions and used the mushrooms to teleport back near the teahouse. There's Mayrina's husband's grave there, but it's locked with arcane barrier.

All the guides tell me to give one of the potions to Mayrina, but she is still in the teahouse, and all attempts to talk to her trigger the same dialog without any new options. I even tried drinking these potions myself, but they don't have any effect.

Is it possible for me to save her, or have the quest bugged out completely?

You are not supposed to kill Ethel on the surface. Thats what broke it, allow the hag to escape into the dungeon. Also you miss out on her offer of power at low hp.

If Ethel sent Mayrina away before you killed her, you can still rescue her. There's an entrance to an underground lair through the fireplace, and you'll have to venture through that to get to Mayrina.

did she even change to true form of a hag?

To me it looks like a bug... Cos the arcane barrier should be gone no matter what if you killed the hag.
