Blue/Green "portals" up cliff near the Arcane Tower [Underdark]

Seems the only way to get up there is by jumping up mushrooms on the wall of the cliff, most of which end up disappearing under your feet. There's a potion of flying in the tower that doesn't seem to work at present. Any other way up there? Where do those portals lead? Is it even worth bothering to get to them?

I tried to get up there as well. I even went through the whole fish island looking around and no luck.

Just jump up using mushrooms if possible. One leads back to the area where you start going into arcane tower and another through illusory wall after climbing to where that portal is leads to swamp area where you resurrect the Connor Zombie/exit from auntie lair.

I used the Jump spell to get from the first mushroom to the next one that doesn't disappear. I also used Laezel for max distance. Once she activates it, the portal at the bottom is opened and the party can access it. I think there was a magic item and it's a nice way to fast travel to the arcane tower. Otherwise, the next closest portal is the underdark beach.
