The Steel Watch will be hostile, as will Gortash himself (and Wyrm's Rock will be hostile as well). Otherwise, no changes.
If you kill Gortash first... well that was Orin's whole point. If you kill Gortash, she wants to become buddy buddy.
AFAIK Orin doesn't actually kill the companion she kidnaps if you wait too long. She does however if you confront her without having killed Gortash and take the wrong dialog choices.
I suppose I'll have to kill Gortash first, then. I mean, I've done the Iron Throne and none of the Steel Watch or Flaming Fists in the Lower City have been hostile? I won't question it, I guess.
Guess I'll kill everyone in Wyrm's Rock... or whatever.
