Dark Urge Killing Isobel
Is there any way to actually kill Isobel but keep Halsin and Jaheira as companions? I'm currently trying to keep all companions alive and get them to join my party while continuing my evil playthrough. Is there a way to lift the shadow curse even if you kill Isobel? I had originally planned to just kill Isobel after the fight against Ketheric by going back to the Last Light Inn (I would just ignore the Nightsong on Moonrise Tower and not talk to her to avoid Isobel spawning there) and kill her there (Last Light), but will that work or will it interfere with some quests that are important for Jaheira and Halsin to join my party?

Any suggestions?

I believe you get an opportunity of killing Isobel after Ketheric's fight, granted you don't rescue Aylin.

I think if you don't kill Isobel rightaway before a crowd of Harpers, you'll be able to persuade Jaheira to stay with you later. If you spare the Nightsong, then after leaving Shadowfell you can teleport to Last Light Inn (before final fight), where Isobel'd be alone in the yard, telling you all others able to fight went to Moonrise.
As for Halsin, his recruitment between act II and act III depends only on the Lift the Shadow Curse quest. If you have finished it, then he should join no matter what you do to Isobel. He shoud be at your camp by this moment, safe from shadows.
Note that if you allowed to abduct Isobel, you'll find her in Moonrise, already tadpoled. She'll join the fight at father's side and inevitably die after your victory, even if she managed to survive it. It seems to me that Sceleritas won't count that as a pure, decent murder
