fix on shield spell reaction not triggering

TLDR: If shield spell is not reacting and you have everything legal to cast it, one fix is to press k to open up your spell book and go into reactions and then toggle the shield spell off and then on. Usually fixes this issue

Not sure if this is the place to post a fix for a problem but I've looked it up everywhere and no one is speaking about it or at least not in the results I find. But this has happened to me on several occasions as an eldritch knight and a full wizard. When the enemy attacks that character, the shield reaction does not trigger. I do in fact have spellslots, have a reaction available during the attack, not silenced or anything that would prevent shield from working. The fix for me when this is happening is I have to press k on that character, toggle shield off and then back to on. This will fix it from not triggering so hopefully this helps anyone else who runs into the problem.
