Temple of Bhaal - Door past waypoint

So I've read a bunch of threads on this and none seem to get me anywhere.

I'm at the door at the other side of the trapped bridge from the waypoint.

I have the Amulet of Bhaal. I've worn it. Shadowheart's worn it. Our Religion checks succeed - And nothing.

Only choice is to walk away, when it says something about a chill draft and distant eyes.

Very frustrated.

Any mods of any kind? This is a common mod symptom, especially "Mod Fixer" but not limited to it. (It is my understanding that there are several mods that include Mod Fixer embedded in them.)

I do use one as I'm a casual gamer that enjoys the story telling, not the constant rebattles. I'll close it to see if that works. Thanks.

In most cases only a complete removal can help. And yeah, what you have described is a typical mod issue. In doubt consult the mod author.

What I use is a separate app, WeMod. I've had no problems with it thru the entire game and beta. Never had any impact on anything before, either while operating or if I simply didn't start it up. I've tried again just now, without WeMod active, and still not dice.
