Help Finding a certain hat.

Hey, I need help locating a certain enchanted hat for a goofy build I wanted to do, and at this point I'm not even sure if its real. I'm looking for the Hat Of Uproarious Laughter, where it causes enemies to drop into fits of laughter if you fall prone. The Wiki says its a real item but gives no location nor does anyone seem to know about it, so for all I know it could've been cut content that was datamined and thats it. I need to know of its location, if its even actually in the game, I've looked about everywhere and have yet to find it.

There is another hat with the same model and a similar name in Act 3, but doesn't have any affect. Any information on this item would be great, spoiler free or otherwise.

Never seen it, but based on it's effect(s) I would presume it's somehow related to the Circus of the Last Days.

Maybe look around there?

I thought so originally too, but after combing through the entire circus area, looking in each pocket, and straight up stealing a couple chests, no such luck. I found another copy of the extremely similar hat but it has no affect, an enchanted hat which is nice but not what I'm looking for, aaaand a cool collection of clown clothes with a hat thats straight up glitched and won't show on your character; but no enchanted hat.

I think that is just a cosmetic hat with no actual powers. Believe I remember picking it up (or at least something like that) but can not say 100% since it was not something important to me to note it.

I want to say it is one of the hats in the House of Grief in the room where they train disguises. Seem to recall picking it up there, but not certain.

The hat of eminent giggles is located in the house of grief and in the circus, its the generic version of the hat I'm talking about. Again, the enchanted hat I'm talking about could've just been datamined and not actually in the game, I certainly can't find anything else about it; other than it MIGHT exist.

Sorry. Thought it was that one.

Trouble is a lot of sites are posting fake info now to get Ad Clicks, so hard to say if that hat is real or not. And yeah, some info was datamined and then never implemented as well.

Good luck finding it if it really is in game. ^_^

where was the hat, may I ask? I just just want it for the design, lol.

Two locations I know of.

First in the circus, in the employees only area, right of Dribbles' stage, there is a backpack and boxes with some clothes, the hat can be found here.

Another location is in the house of grief's lower level, the most right room after going down the stairs, it sits on a shelf inside a locked room.

I'VE ACTUALLY FOUND IT!!!! There's a hat called "Hat of Eminent Giggles" in the Facemaker's Boutique. This shop is in the lower level city and when you come in, you can stop a murder plot from happening. The hat is found sitting on display on a shelf to the north side of the shop but you need to steal it. Though, I don't believe it has any magical properties.
