Question Mark Quest Marker Following Me

I'm in the mind flayer colony and I have a question mark quest marker that is constantly following me on my minimap. I've had this since sometime around the Sharran temple. Any ideas what it is and how to get rid of it?

it's likely the spear you pick up there. the one that Shadowheart wants to use to become a Dark Justiciar. did you complete the temple fully yet by going into the Shadowfell? that is what resolves the marker I believe. if you already did all that, it might be a bug.
