Hello, I am looking for this very specific hat, Does anyone know where it is? I think it looks super cute and I want to put it on my dragonborn bard.

It's in the Common helmets category so possibly a random loot drop.
There's a mod that lets you access all clothing items in the game, it's likely what the creator used to make that video.
Hmmm, if you're unlucky it may be something only attainable by the Dark urge origin character or otherwise murdering someone who wears one. But that's not an area of the game I'm familiar with.

do you mind giving more specific instructions? I've walked around this area and still can't find it :(

I tried equipping it and it's not showing up on my character, almost like it's invisible. Anyone else have the problem?

Edit: Actually never mind. I had camp clothes selected which hid the cap and bells. I really wish we could have a camp hat slot

Common items are kind of rng (or at least class specific). Like in act 1, after you wake up amidst the ruins of the crashed ship, the first backpack you come across has a common hat. The type of hat in the pack is never the same (wanna say i've gone through act 1 maybe 5 times).

So that may be the case here, would def suggest grabbing a mod that lets you pursue fashion-gate3 dreams.
