Pact Weapon Dual Wield?

you can Dual Wield all weapons - restriction is for 2h weapons - you can not you 2x 2h weapons. It is possible to have 2x Versatile weapons

Pact weapon only applies to one weapon at a time. So you will not get to use your charisma for to hit and damage rolls with the offhand weapon (and offhand weapons usually don't get your attribute bonus for damage anyways, you have to use a feat for that, and it still will not use your pact weapon bonus, it would use strength or dex instead).
