If Fezzerk (Windmill Fight) walk away ... will I seen him again?

Hello,

if Fezzerk (Windmill Fight / Goblin Leader) walk away cause I intimidate him, will I find him somewhere else again? So Wyll can talk to him. In the Goblin Camp?

I want to kill the goblin boss but if I intimidate him (and he walks away) I get a Inspiration point with Astarion ... and I want to have one ... cause I have none with him, but with all the others.

I went there ... attacked him BEFORE talking with him and after a few trys I got it (your character runs to him and the talk must trigger BEFORE you attack him): I could speak with him and intimidate him and AFTER the talk my character attacked him and so I killed them all AND got my Inspiration.

If he lives, you see him again in Act 2
