Gauntlet of Shar Parasite, need help.

After I completed the Self-Same trial by killing the mirror images, the narrator told me that "that corpse has an illithed parasite" and that I should go take a look. The problem I'm having is that I cannot find any corpse to go look at, it doesn't seem like any new corpses spawned and the Skeletons that were already in the room are just carrying gold or daggers etc (I didn't loot them until after the fight just in case). I've tried reloading to before the fight and doing it again but as far as I can tell there is nothing for me to interact with and it's bugging me that I'm potentially missing content, I don't even necessarily want to use the parasite I just want to see the options.

Yeah I didn't find a parasite there either, I just carried on.

Just a bug I guess and besides from continuing playing I've discovered the Parasites aren't nearly as a rare as I thought so it's not too much of an issue.
