THIS IS IN MY OPINION

So there is a way for Mayrina to not be mad at you once you killed the hag. Just get speak of dead spell, speak to hag before speaking to mayrina and the options laid out for you at pretty obvious. You also get a amulet or locket from Mayrina but I chose not to take it. I am a good boy.

You do not get a ability score boost, however, but if you feel like doing a good deed with everyone happy, this is it.
