Where to find Arabella's parents in Act 2?

The tiefling girl from the druid camp, saved her from Kagha's bs. couple hours later in act 2 found her near Thorm's mausoleum looking for her parents. Didn't find them in Moonrise tower.

I was struggling with this and it drove me crazy but here it is! They're in the House of Healing, at this exact location.

However the quest says I need to find Arabelle at the camp, I looked all over the camp and I can't find her.

Do you have any ideas?

She is usually hanging out with Withers, asking him the same questions over and over again. :)
