Goblin priestess is easy as well just wait her to call other goblins around for giving information about absolute. When all goblins gather infront of her, break the chandelier which located up of their location and you easily kill a few of them before fight begin.
Another important thing is using hide mechanic in this game. Try not to go in fight with all of your party members. Hide 2 or 3 of them and then use suprise mechanism to deal extra damage before real fight begins.
Drow woman could be problem and I suggest you to use Hold Person on her. You could make her fall down from chasm tho but she got some pretty good loot on her. Also there was one goblin near chasm on her section. Just shove goblin down which do not trigger a fight.
Looting and getting as much as magic scrolls at beginning of Baldurs Gate 3 is crucial since your characters do not have enough skill slots to fight head to head.
Nearly every fight has a 'wrong way' too, where you run up the middle (always the low ground, you will observe) and get ambushed by a bunch of guys with bows that are high up. The lack of variation in the important fights makes the game easier, but a little dull.
