Beside recasting it, you can't move it!

Nope. If you want to reposition your AoE spell, you gotta use Moonbeam.

No, it does not move. It's advantage is no-save automatic damage, so it's *really* good against trapped enemies or in doorframes. I was playing with friends and Hold Person + Cloud of Daggers is a nice DIY blender.

Is there any way to dispel this once cast other than bonking my mage over the head? I don't know if I missed a tutorial somewhere or something.

I just fought a very difficult story battle where I had to prevent an NPC from being killed, and I was just about to beat it, when the dumbass NPC ran through my cloud of daggers.

Left bottom corner, near class icon. When u cast concentration spell(daggers, buffs and other) appear button, which u can press to dispell concentration spell.
