Poison fog Auntie Ethel
Hello there,
I am on my way to kill Ethel. The old hag is running. I killed the four masks and now I am trying to get through the poisonous green fog.
How can I pass it without dying?
Thanks a lot.

There are certain VENTS on the ground. If you haven't seen them don't worry neither did I. You have to cover those with barrels or something. Where you will find the barrels or whatever items... is another issue

If wyll is in your party one of his summons is immune to poison and can safely stand on the vents.

You can also have one of your characters leave the mask on. They will be able to see that the poison is an illusion and it will dissipate if they are near it. So let the masked character stand there, then get the rest to pass by, then move the masked character to the next poison area.

To wear the mask without turning, cast protection from good/evil on the masked character.

jump past most of it is possible, you only take a little damage. there are gaps along most of the edges, safe places to stand here and there. I think you take hits twice total. Turn based combat helps this kind of activity so you don't get hit extra due to real time.

Hey I'm interested to know how one comes to that conclusion...I mean who/what/how does that strategy came up? I certainly did not think to use PoE to wear those masks...I just thought better not to use them at all lol.

So cool though :)

The masks are first introduced prior to the illusionary door that if you fail the dialogue choices blocks your way. Technically you can walk through it without the masks, but by wearing the mask it alerts you that the door is not real and therefore her other defenses might not be real as well.
