Radial Menu management suggestions

Manually setting up the controller radial menus as of right now is a real pain.
Here are some suggestions:

- an option to auto-generate and auto-fill radial menus, including a check-list type selection of item types and actions to include/exclude (actions, additional actions, potions, spells, arrows, etc.)
- the ability to assign each radial a fixed category, controlling what kind of items or actions will spawn into them when they auto-fill
- the ability to rearrange the order of the radials (right now new radials always seem to get sorted all the way to the left which is extremely impractical. at the very least make them sort to the right or away from the "center radial", the one you can't delete)
- the ability to tag/untag items in the inventory for them to spawn in the radial menus (this should also affect the hotbars when switching to keyboard controlls)
