I've been using those as inventory folders, but it's still not fast to determine which one is my potion bag, which is my quest item bag, etc.
yup.. Search for the "Bags, bags, bags" mod on Nexusmods.com. That's our answer. (You also have an achievement enabler mod)
I tried it and can confirm that it is a natural and lore-friendly addition. And there are bags for almost every type of item in the game. After installing the mod, simply purchase the bags from some specific vendors in the game.
