Sense Hidden Presence - on every enemy?
So --- since when can every enemy use 'Sense Hidden Presence' on me when I am Invisible?
That is clearly a bug. I have created at least 6 games, and used The Deathstalkers Mantle to become invisible if I kill an enemy. But they just run up, and use a detect invisible presence to find me... every enemy? This is clearly a bug and needs to be addressed.

Something else is at play. My party's succeeded on stealth checks many, many times when getting into plain view of enemies. (Stealth must be entered outside of all enemies' view.)

Not a bug. You can clearly see a phantom image of your character if you go invisible and move away which represents their last visible position that enemies will go and investigate. Just standing around after going invis means rolling a Stealth check to see if you can prevent being detected.

D&D 5E rules are unintuitive re: invisibility; notably, rules as written, being invisible doesn't stop everybody from knowing your exact location unless you've also taken the Hide action. Invisibility normally gives you advantage on the Dexterity (Stealth) check you make when trying to Hide, but it doesn't automatically hide you by itself.

Of course, rules as writen, having "See Invisible" doesn't mean that you can attack an invisible enemy without suffering disadvantage. That's a consequence of how stupidly the "Invisible" condition is defined... RAW vs. probable RAI, although Crawford refused to directly admit the idiocy and merely confirmed that the RAW was technically correct RAW.

And yet if I move to a completely different place, they run up to that as well, look around and do the 'Sense Hidden Presence' thing, and reveal me, while in stealth and invisible.

Stealth is broken up into sight and sound (even smell). This is less obvious since Perception combined the skills Listen and Spot, however it's still true in 5e. Just because you're invisible doesn't mean you are completely immune to all forms of detection. Some creatures can find you using their sense of smell, or by magical means. Or maybe they bump into you by sheer dumb luck!

You see this sort of thing at the table all the time: a player uses stealth expecting to be perfectly hidden from everything indefinitely. Uh? That's not how stealth works. The goblins know you're hiding behind that barrel. They just saw you. They're stupid, but not that stupid. They have object permanence. Why is this such a foreign concept to people? You run through a doorway closing the door behind you and then hide. The goblins bust in and spot you immediately. They don't forget you exist--why would they? Even if you can hide in plain sight, should you?

Just because you're invisible doesn't mean you are perfectly hidden. You still leave footprints and other traces. Don't expect magic to Just Work:tm: This isn't Skyrim. Play smarter.
