Since she normally will not go hostile with anything related to that it is best if you explain yourself first.
I did get the Blood of Lathander first. I got no problem with Laezel. The other Gith were not happy and attacked me. But Laezel was still nice. But I reload an other save, did the artefact first, still needed to fight the other Gith.
But if she does not trust you, maybe it could happen, why not. You should work on this with every companion before you do something what they may not like.
It cannot be helped if you play with CS deactivated.
If you want Blood of Lathander first, use the possible exploit that the Inquisitor will wait for your character's approach and just go straight to the hidden chamber without initiating a dialog.
I typed "possible exploit" because it doesn't seem like the proper flow of the story should be "go to the Inquisitor's chamber and blow the place up with the Lance before anything else can happen".
It is still funny that it works.
