Add short dream visitor robes please

The title says it all, add this highly desired robe for purchase or acquisition. Given the fact that the only thing close to it, the Elegant Robe, still clips horribly it would be a most welcome addition even if it too was an act 3 item and one that shouldn't be difficult to implement.
