Trumbo quest.

So in act 3 there is this skeleton zombie guy that shares knowledge about a certain book, he is also a vendor. What i find really strange is that there is no quest for him to kill him.

Why you ask well aside from being an abomination having zombie and corpses as puppets and entire house being filled with corpses and the stench of dead corpses. I find it funny there is no quest to finish this guy off unless i have missed it.

But it's weird none of the NPCs outside who clearly care can ask you to investigate

Trumbo definitely has a quest associated with him, you just don't get it from him
