Gender-neutral bodies/faces

I really wish we could have more choices for gender neutral-characters. We can choose the pronouns, but body-wise the choice is still clear male or female... I wanted to make pretty boy male character with a smaller frame, but if you're not making an elf/half-elf you're out of luck.
The dream would be if we could choose female/male frame and breasts/no breasts (much like genitalia). I'd also rather have access to all male/female face variants.

I'm sure this is easier said than done. One can dream.

Yeah I thought this might be too big and expensive things to change ^^' But I didn't know the game supported mods! Thank you I'll check out Nexus :)

+1 to the OP. It is somehow odd to see only the explicitly gendered body types, while the non-binary identity is an option.

While I wouldn't support the notion of "non-binary" bodies, I would however appreciate smaller ("skinny") frames for both male and female bodies and/or an option for smaller chest sizes (and maybe bigger ones since there's probably a market for that as well).

Not sure if this is possible afterwards though with armor scaling and all that.

I'm pretty sure there was a mod to attach male heads to female bodies too. that, combined with the mod from the second link above and the corresponding voice & identity selection - will probably get close to what OP wants.
