Separate Masculine and Feminine clothes so that folks can choose.
I wanted to play a slim small Dragonborn dude, and since the dragonborn "feminine" body didn't have boobs, it worked fine... most of the time.

However I ran into the issue that a lot of the armor/clothes were all feminine coded and would often look really awkward because they were very clearly cut with a being who has breasts in mind which would look silly even if you had female gendered dragonborn. I ended up finding some armor/clothes I enjoyed (by stealing clothes from one of the companions which had no female version of the clothes so it was required to just look how it looked) But I never got a pair of underwear that didn't make my character look kinda silly because they all had braziers for... the complete lack of tits my character had.

So yeah, I know it's extra work to make all the meshes fit either model, but it's silly the same pieces of clothes looks different on different people.

I absolutely 100% agree. Separate it, annotate if masc or fem, and let any body type wear either.

Love this idea, OP, but also this one:

Yes, please. No more 'if the model potentially has boobs -> boob clothes' which makes clothes always look different depending on which character wears them - a very unequal experience.
(That being said, so what if I want to put a brazier on a male character? Dear game devs, please let us be silly with our characters.)

We should have the ability to choose all 4 body types for all races. I also want to play a slim dragonborn male but... the butt and legs are female proportions on the femme db and even not having boobs the undergarments have bra section. Sorry but that is not what i was looking for.

If modders can do it for Skyrim and Fallout 4 one just has to wonder why it can't be done by professional programmers working for Larian?

i think they should also allow Hip & Torso choices, including scars / marking that show on arm/leg to make a more/less feminine/masculine and more or less vicious fighter or cleric
