Viconia Devir is talking when she's dead

I started the battle without dialogue and destroyed her before engaging in the first dialog. After she died, she spoke to me with the lines from the first dialog. When I refused she said we were going to die, the line ended and nothing happened since all the enemies were already dead.

Same thing happened to me. I went through initial dialogue, fought and defeated her. She’s laying on the ground unconscious, and when I interact it starts a new conversation as if nothing happened, with her asking about the astral prism.

Same thing happened to me, I think we're supposed to have an dialogue where it's decided if we spare her life or not, but it bugged back to the first conversation. I finally just put her out of misery to loot her.
